I created Domaine des Landions with the objective of producing outstanding traditional Pinot Noir, aged in barrels (18-21 months) with quality-oriented and simple winemaking processes. My winemaking process is entirely dedicated to quality and follows traditional Burgundy methods (plot/parcel wines, natural yeasts, long ageing in barrels, no filtration, no fining, small wine production…). To achieve such quality, I have been replanting, since 2002, very fine vines of Pinot Noirs (massal selections from Burgundy and Germany) that produce very low yield naturally, small grapes and concentrated berries. In my region, we are authorized to produce 60hl/ha of Pinot Noir, but my vines produce naturally between 15-35 hl/ha. I produce 3 different Pinot Noirs and the vintage I am selling at the moment is 2015. Pinot Noir "Les Cailloutis 2015", Pinot Noir "Les Landions 2015", Pinot Noir "Clos du Château 2015".
