Located in Entrecasteaux, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence wine-producing region, Clos de Caille is a family-owned vineyard which limited production favors qualitative excellence. Founded in 1160 by the Cistercian monks of the Abbey of Thoronet, who simultaneously built the famous Abbey of Cîteaux in Burgundy, vines have been cultivated on this land for more than 850 years.
